Wedding and Event Planner To check with photographer for available dates, see their website at www.streetlightphoto.com. To schedule a wedding or other event, please email us at wine@eaglerockwinery for available dates. In the summer, it is preferable that you schedule on the weekends after 6 PM if you wish to use the main winery as the facility is open until that time. The Williamsport facility is available after 5 PM. If you want something indoors, we have had up to 300 people at the main winery for hors d’oeuvres, and about 25 in our main area for a sit down dinner. The Williamsport facility can comfortably seat 200+ for a sit down dinnner inside. Outside, we have a picnic pavilion in Laporte which holds about 85 for sit down, or we can place tables in the main winery yard if you have a larger group. If the wedding is outdoors, the cost is $250.00 for the main winery. This can be done at any time of the day at either the main winery Laporte location. If you wish to do it indoors, the cost is $500.00, at the main winery and $350.00 at the Williamsport location. We sell all of the beverages on a per glass basis plus 25% gratuity. The rental fee must be sent in advance to reserve the space, and is non-refundable. Small weddings /parties can be held in our gallery/conference room at any time of the day with price and services to be negotiated. We have some other requirements for catering and food. Please call or email for info. We have a list of approved caterers, and they are required to do their own set-up and clean-up. We would be glad to consider other caterers after checking their references. All rental fees are for a 3 hour period.
